A Safe Space For Healing
Individual therapy for adults in St. Louis, MO, and the greater Missouri area struggling with trauma, grief & loss, depression, anxiety and other life challenges
What's happening beneath the surface can impact your daily life in unexpected and unwelcome ways.
Do you find yourself held captive by self-defeating patterns that you don't understand?
Do you get overcome by automatic reactions that seem out of proportion to the situation?
Do you feel overwhelmed, empty, or disconnected from yourself and others?
Imagine breaking through these patterns and challenges to feel lighter, less reactive, and more comfortable in your own skin. Many of my clients have reported transformative results just like these! So, as difficult as it may seem right now, feeling different and better inside is possible.
Meet Andrea
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly twenty five years experience working with adults in the area of mental health. I am passionate about being there for others in their time of need and want you to know there IS HOPE for whatever you are going through.
I come from the view that the mind, body, and spirit are inextricably connected, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs and comfort level of each client as a way for them to feel safe, understood, and cared for.
